Baltic Outlook introduces you to some of the most important people at airBaltic – its flight crew members, who have some of the most interesting hobbies.

On November 14, 2022, 13 students graduated from the Latvian national airline’s airBaltic Pilot Academy, receiving a commercial pilot license upon completion of the full-time airline transport pilot program.

More and more young female pilots are joining airBaltic’s flight crew after the airline’s announcement a year ago that it is keeping its promise and starting to hire pilots again.

On September 5, 2022, 8 students graduated from the Latvian airline’s airBaltic Pilot Academy, receiving a commercial pilot license upon completion of the full-time airline transport pilot program.

It was two days full of adventures and our first formation flights!

It wouldn't be difficult for everyone would do it. Thus, motivated by himself, the Monopols guest achieved his dream - to become an aircraft pilot.

A graduate of the Pilot Academy, airBaltic pilot Artūrs came to the rescue of Pauls Timrots, who tried to take off and land an aircraft in the simulator for the first time.
