Integrated airline transport pilot course (ATPL/A)
airBaltic Pilot Academy has improved the payment structure for its commercial pilot study programme. As of now, after successfully passing the company’s assessment, airBaltic will finance a significant part of the studies.
Students of the airBaltic Pilot Academy will now have to cover the costs of ATPL theory studies and 45 flight hours, costing EUR 15,000. After passing the airBaltic pilot assessment and becoming an employee of the company, the airline can partly or wholly provide financing (loan) for the rest of the studies.
It is possible to vary the size of the required loan for each student. The maximum possible loan amount is EUR 64,000.
Along with the loan amount, the loan interest rate also changes, which is 10% of the loan amount.
Total cost of 79 000 € is applicable for each student.
A performance review will be undertaken after completing all ATPL(A) theory exams successfully. After a positive evaluation, you will be appointed as an employee of airBaltic, joining our esteemed workforce.
Your training/work schedule will be divided 50/50 – two weeks of training/two weeks of work at airBaltic group companies.
The position will be selected based on your previous education and skills.
You will receive a salary from which no loan deductions will be made.
Loan repayment starts after the initial Line Check (FO Base level).
You will be flying state of the art training aircraft at Pilot Academy, allowing you to transfer your knowledge and skills into the most advanced 21st century airliner flight decks.
